The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of May 19-23 reveals that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will pump the brakes on Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) scheme while Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) interrogates Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), so here’s what Y&R fans can look forward to.
Y&R’s weekly promo kicks off with Claire voicing some concerns to Kyle about his plan to trap Audra. The more Claire thinks about it, the more she won’t like it!
Although Claire will try to talk Kyle out of this, he may offer more reassurance and reiterate that he won’t cross any lines.
Kyle might defend this as the only way to find out if Audra really has some super product that could be a game-changer in cosmetics.
Of course, it’s also possible Kyle will claim he’s scrapping the plan when he actually intends to move forward with it.
Bad news could be brewing if Kyle goes behind Claire’s back.
Regardless, Kyle seems stuck on this idea of playing Audra, but he doesn’t realize she’s already playing him with the goal of destroying his romance on Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) orders.
At Crimson Lights, Abby will have a run-in with Amanda that quickly turns tense.
After Abby suggests her guard is up about Aristotle Dumas just like the rest of the Winters crew, Amanda will insist they can all relax.
Amanda will try to convey that Dumas is trying to protect Winters, not take it away.
That’ll just add to Abby’s suspicions about what Dumas is really after here, so she’ll push Amanda for honest updates.
Abby will ask what’s in it for Dumas, so she’ll put Amanda on the spot as Dumas’ attorney.
Amanda will do her best to tackle all the questions without giving away any more than Dumas wants her to.
At the Newman ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will thank Victor for giving her a wonderful beginning to her birthday.
Victor will hint that he’s just getting started, so there’ll be many more surprises in store for Nikki as he celebrates her.
