Cane’s Shocking Plan on The Young and the Restless – Genoa city was severely changed
On The Young and the Restless, October 30, Jack and Billy deal with a serious threat. Meanwhile, Cane tries to win Phyllis over. But there could be a shocking plot twist behind his AI plan.

Cane (Billy Flynn) warned Jack (Peter Bergman) that Jabot could be under attack. Someone has gained access to Cane’s AI program. He believes it could be either Phyllis (Michelle Stafford—who shared her hilarious Thanksgiving stunt) or Victor (Eric Braeden).
During Wednesday’s episode, Jack warns Billy (Jason Thompson). He’s concerned that Jabot could be targeted. He told Billy that he would need his help. This is prime time for Billy to prove to his brother that he can be trusted.
Jack and Billy have devised a plan to stop The Mustache. Billy is ready to get revenge on the Newmans, especially after he punched Adam’s (Mark Grossman) lights out at GCAC.
Cane Sweet Talks Phyllis
Meanwhile, Cane wants to distract Phyllis with his boyish charm and blue eyes. At the lounge, he told Phyllis that he wanted to get to know her and her motives. He kept flirting with her, which caught Phyllis off guard.
She previously shared that she’s already secured her destiny without a man. But Cane could have her thinking differently about what she really wants. What is Phyllis’s destiny on Y&R: Love or Power?
In the meantime, she’s not sure what to make of Cane. He already can’t be trusted, especially after what happened in Nice. But there could be a meaning behind Cane’s madness.
AI Software Plot Twist?
It’s possible that Cane could be using Phyllis. He might’ve allowed her to purposely steal the AI program. He wants to see her go head-to-head with Victor for the fun of it, and so he can look good.
Cane isn’t the type to get his hands dirty. He’s already allowing Phyllis and Victor to do that on their own. He’ll have a nice drink on his train while one of them gets escorted off to jail.
He might want to prove that Phyllis stole his program. This AI storyline is all over the place, as many people are using this program for their personal gain. It wouldn’t be surprising if there was a plot twist behind this plan.
