he Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Thursday, October 30, reveals that Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will tackle a new investigation while Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) tells Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to name her price.

At the Abbott mansion, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will come home to updates on Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) stolen AI program revelation.

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will have a strategy session with Kyle regarding Jabot, which they’ll assume is going to be under attack if Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) now has the program.

Since Victor hasn’t made his move yet, that’ll leave Jack curious and motivate him to go confront his rival.

At the GCAC, Victor will talk to Phyllis about the program transfer being complete.

Phyllis gave Victor what he wanted, so she’ll want him to keep his end of the bargain, too.

Victor and Phyllis will also discuss Noah Newman’s (Lucas Adams) medical crisis before Billy pops up.

Billy will end up privately grilling Phyllis about her meeting with Victor, but Phyllis will claim it was just about Noah and that her alliance with Cane is still going strong.

Although Billy will push Phyllis for the truth about whether she’s working with Victor, she won’t confess to anything.

In the end, Billy will seek Phyllis’ help stopping Victor’s threat to Jabot and will urge her to name her price.

Meanwhile, Michael will join Victor at a table and learn Victor’s got a job for him regarding Noah.

Since Victor will want answers about Noah’s crash, he’ll want Michael to look into the police report, the shady detective on the case and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun).

Michael will pout a bit since he was hoping Victor wanted his support as a friend again.

When Michael hesitates on committing to this mission, Victor will push him to do it for Noah.

Michael will eventually bring up the other “thing” that Victor mentioned on the phone and will clearly mean the AI program he just acquired.

Victor will refuse to let Michael talk him out of getting revenge on Jack and will wonder if Michael’s willing to join his team again.

Michael will agree to look into the Noah investigation details, but he’ll need time to think about the rest.

That said, Michael will at least consider getting involved to protect Victor as well as those being targeted.

There’ll be some talk about the legal ramifications and Michael’s concerns about Lauren Fenmore Baldwin’s (Tracey E. Bregman) reaction, but Victor will urge him not to take too long to mull everything over.

Back at the Abbott mansion, Kyle will open up to Diane about what happened with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) in Los Angeles and his desire to show her that Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is bad news.

Following Kyle’s visits with Sienna, he’ll feel like “something dark” is buried in Holden and Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) past, but he won’t have details yet.

Diane will be wary of Kyle’s attempt to open Claire’s eyes regarding Holden since it could be viewed as meddling in her life again.

Nevertheless, Kyle will be determined to protect Claire’s heart and fight for her with everything he has.

At the ranch, Jack will launch a heated confrontation with Victor over the stolen AI program, which he’ll assume Victor intends to use on Jabot.

“I am sick and tired of your constant efforts to undermine me and my family. It’s gonna stop NOW!” Jack will declare on Thursday’s Y&R episode.

After Jack makes it clear that the battle is on, he’ll urge Victor to bring his best stuff and will talk about this being a hill he’s willing to die on.

Victor will smugly suggest he’s looking forward to that, so the Newman-Abbott feud is about to spiral out of control!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack and Victor will come at each other with plenty of dirty tricks, so stay tuned.
