The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview for the week of September 15-19 reveals that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will have a secret meeting while Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) delivers a disaster warning.
Y&R’s weekly promo starts with Mariah, who meets with Daniel at the park overlook and wonders if he did what she asked.
“Tessa doesn’t know that I’m here. I didn’t tell her,” Daniel confirms in the preview clip.
Mariah will apparently have a favor to ask Daniel, so she may want him to watch over Tessa if she still plans on heading to that clinic in Boston.
Although Mariah came clean to Tessa about trying to kill a man, she may not have divulged any more details off-screen.
Tessa may end up frustrated all over again since Mariah is still keeping secrets – including this one now that she’ll be meeting with Daniel to discuss things.
Will Daniel eventually make a confession and give Tessa updates on this private Mariah meeting?
As for Sally, she’ll deliver some disturbing news to Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
When Diane asks if Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is all right, Sally will admit he’s not and warn that he’s about to make the biggest mistake of his life.
Billy could indeed make a massive blunder if he strikes a deal with Cane and agrees to use the AI software for Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) takedown.
Cane will expect Billy to deliver on his promise and will be furious if Billy changes the plan to one of his own.
That’s indeed Billy’s goal since he’ll hope to simply use the threat of this software to get what he wants from Victor, including control of Chancellor and the money to keep Abbott Communications alive.
In other words, Billy could gain control of the AI software and not follow through on the Victor destruction part.
Threatening Victor AND duping Cane seems like a quick way for Billy to make himself enemy number one. It’s easy to see why Sally will be freaking out!
Nevertheless, Cane will have his official deal on the table when he meets with Billy on his train.
After Cane asks how long Billy’s dreamed of taking down Victor, he’ll insist all Billy has to do is say yes and let the dismantling of Newman Enterprises begin.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy may reach an agreement with Cane, but it’s going to lead to problems any way you slice it!
