Claire Grace Newman’s Proposition
Let’s start off with Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Finally reunited after Cane’s disastrous and killer party in France, they arrive at Adam’s office.
When Adam asks what brings them there, Claire offers a proposition. This must have something to do with Adam helping them with Victor.
It sounds like they are going to go ahead and move in together despite Victor’s interference. So, they might ask Adam to keep their new apartment a secret from Victor.
Adam Newman’s Defiance
However, it is teased that Victor gets fed up with Adam’s defiance. Claire went through her sweet phase, so now it seems she’s going to get fiercer.
Claire will insist that she’s a grown woman capable of making her own decisions, especially about relationships. I could also see Claire getting dirty and devious to beat her grandfather.
Claire is getting more bold and independent as time goes on. While she loves Victor, she also has the right to live her own life.
Cane Ashby’s New Alliance
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, August 4 reveal that Cane will form a new alliance. While Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) doesn’t trust Cane at all, he did seem to consider partnering up.
It could also be Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) that Cane will make his new alliance. The preview clip does show Billy arriving at Cane’s place while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) unknowingly waits in another room.

Also, Chelsea shares a secret with Lily. This might be because she ran into Cane in Genoa City. Chelsea might also tell Lily that she and Adam have some concerns about Holden Novak (Nathan Owens).
Will Chelsea and Lily join forces to stop Cane? Despite Lily’s wishes, Cane is moving back to Genoa City anyway. If Cane dares to come to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) or Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) funeral services, there could be chaos.
