Shock Chance discovers the murderer – why did Victoria run away? The Young And The Restless Spoilers
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) surveillance footage could come into play at his estate in France. Will it offer killer proof or get mysteriously erased?
The week of July 14-18 will bring some shockers since Cane and Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) will start to feel woozy while drinking a special bottle of booze. It seems Damian and Cane were drugged ahead of the fatal attack Damian.
Y&R spoilers say Damian faced a grisly outcome after a mystery character threw a kknife into his back. It’ll put Cane in a tricky situation and will eventually lead to plenty of suspicion swirling around him.
Cane may make matters worse for himself in the aftermath of this stunning crime. We may see Cane make some shady moves in an effort to avoid looking guilty, but those moves could backfire in the end.
Whatever the case, fans have seen Cane watching a camera feed multiple times in his office. Cane has surveillance equipment set up all over the property, so it seems likely he’ll want to check the footage at some point.
It’s possible Cane will examine that footage without Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) knowledge – at least at first. Cane might want to see for himself who the culprit is, but it’d be a little too easy if this led to identifying the killer.
There’s a chance the culprit was wearing a mask or hood as part of a disguise anyway. Even if the killer was caught on camera, there may not be true confirmation on who’s responsible.
Of course, another option could involve the attack happening in a camera blind spot – or better yet, this portion of the footage could end up getting mysteriously erased.
That’s the kind of thing that could make Cane look even guiltier if Chance ends up wanting the footage as evidence. It may look like Cane altered it and has something to hide!
