The Young and the Restless Tuesday, July 15 Spoilers | Y&R 07/15/2025 Spoilers

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Tuesday, July 15, reveals that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will see Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) dead body after Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) offers Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) to be his private investigator on this crime.

First on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will bicker with Amanda Sinclair (Michael Morgan), who’ll express doubt about Cane truly being willing to move on.

Amanda will suggest maybe she could get through to Cane for Lily, but she’ll also hint about Cane being someone who’s willing to go to any lengths necessary to win back

Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will want to get Damian some medical help, but Cane will insist he’s already gone and there’s no doctor on the premises.

Phyllis will grow suspicious of Cane being behind this attack, but he’ll spill the whole story and maintain that he’s innocent.

Since the culprit threw the dagger from a distance, Cane will think he was the intended victim instead.

Cane and Phyllis will head back to the train car looking for Chance and Amanda, so their rattled behavior will leave Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) wondering what’s going on.

After Cane leads Chance away, Abby and Devon will grill Phyllis about what she knows.

Phyllis will get overwhelmed by all the questions and bolt on them, which will give her a chance to run into Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) just outside the maze.

Nick will be eager to get back to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), so Phyllis will ask what he saw and suspect maybe he knows more than he’s letting on.

However, Nick will ultimately ask if Phyllis is OK and wonder if this is about his earlier Cane warning.!

Phyllis will admit it’s worse and hint about it being a matter of life and death.

Devon and Abby will also catch up with Amanda and Lily, so they’ll talk about Cane looking for Chance and Amanda.

Since Cane recently talked about a deadly threat against him, there’ll be suspicions that maybe something happened related to that.

Back with Cane, he’ll take Chance to Damian’s body and see that the antique dagger from his collection has been removed.

The bourbon bottle and glasses they were drinking from earlier will also be gone.

Cane will realize someone must’ve removed evidence and will feel certain that he was the intended target of this attack.

After Cane updates Chance on how it all played out, Chance will plan to talk to Phyllis and get her side of things, too.

Chance will put Cane through an interrogation, but he’ll ultimately seem like he believes the culprit was targeting Cane instead of Damian.

Although Chance will want to bring in the local authorities, Cane will shut down that plan.

Chance will protest since he needs forensics and a coroner, but Cane will argue that the best he can do is a walk-in freezer.

Cane will want to store the body there while Chance digs around on his own for now – and he’ll be willing to pay Chance $500,000 to be his private investigator.

Once Lily goes looking for Damian and finds Phyllis with Nick, Phyllis will seem like she’s about to break some bad news.

There’ll be an interruption since Carter (Vincent Stalba) and another staff member will help move Damian’s body with a sheet over it.

Cane will tell Lily that he’s so sorry before she lifts up the sheet and sees Damian’s corpse.

The sight of dead Damian will leave Lily horrified, so she’ll gasp and cover her mouth with her hand.
