The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 4, reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will become a party crasher while Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) ends up a step behind Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will also make a confession, so there’ll be a lot happening on the CBS soap.

For starters, Adam will make his way to Nice and join the festivities on Aristotle Dumas’ aka Cane’s property.

The storm did some damage to the roads and train tracks, so Adam will face quite a challenge getting up that mountain!

Nevertheless, Adam will ultimately surprise Victor, Nikki and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) with his presence.

This will give Adam a chance to offer updates on Dumas’ latest purchases, including the athletic club and the Chancellor divisions that Nikki sold off.

You can bet Adam will mention Cane’s surprise visit to Genoa City as well.

Nikki will confess some concerns when it comes to Chancellor and what the future holds.

However, Victor will assure Nikki that he’s going to protect Chancellor and anything else that belongs to their family.

Of course, Victor will have some news for Adam as well.

Adam already suspects Cane as a possible candidate for the man behind Dumas’ empire, but Victor will confirm it soon enough.

Y&R fans know Victor has dropped some hints about having a plan – and once he strategizes with Adam, he may feel even more confident in his upper hand.

Cane will be a step behind Victor when it comes to their dueling agendas, so he’d better brace for some setbacks.

There are far more important things to worry about anyway since a fatal threat’s about to strike!

Someone will don a pair of gloves and move in for a kill with a knife, so Y&R fans won’t want to miss all the action.
