The Young and the Restless Week of April 21 Update | Y&R Update 04/21/2025
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of April 21-25 reveals that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will reject Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) proposal while Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) goes to extremes. Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will also face an interrogation, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on Y&R.
After Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) reveals that she’s thinking about moving in with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will try to pump the brakes.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), on the other hand, will encourage Claire to stand up to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and move forward with this decision if that’s what she wants.
It seems Claire and Kyle will indeed decide to get bold by living together, but Victor obviously isn’t going to be pleased!
This could lead to Victor applying more pressure to Audra, who’s been recruited to drive Kyle and Claire apart.
In addition to dealing with Victor’s orders, Audra will have to contend with a flirty Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) encounter and Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) questions.
Audra will face Lily’s interrogation, so Lily may end up wanting to know more about her history with Holden.
Then again, it’s possible Lily will have concerns about Audra’s deal with Victor and what those two are really cooking up.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will remain wary of Audra’s new job as well, but he’ll turn his attention back to Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford) and some presumably positive health updates soon enough.
While Amy and Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) receive some important news from Amy’s doctor in Chicago, Diane will get ready for the moment the Abbotts have been waiting for.
It’s almost time to unveil what the mansion looks like following the refresh Diane promised.
Diane will surprise Kyle and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) with the house’s new look before giving Jack a romantic night to remember.
Jack will be impressed once Diane goes to extremes to make this evening extra special.
Once Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) ditches Abbott Communications and all their grand plans, Billy will fear Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) might walk away, too.
That’s why Billy will propose Sally as his backup partner at the company.
Although Billy will express his trust in Sally and offer her the gig if Phyllis quits, Sally will turn him down in favor of her continued fashion career.
Fortunately, it doesn’t look like Phyllis is going anywhere.
Phyllis should remain committed to helping Billy launch the company, but more Aristotle Dumas concerns could be looming.
Billy may make more predictions about having everything under control when it comes to Aristotle, but does he really?
Victor thinks a trap is in motion – and he may be right since Billy’s supposedly set to have a meeting with Aristotle soon.
