Wednesday April 16, 2025: Today on Young and Restless, Nate is skeptical of Audra’s new job, Michael fills Victor in on Dumas’ meeting with Billy, and Devon isn’t happy that Lily trusts Damian.
Tuesday’s recap: Damian told Lily Dumas doesn’t exist and she asked for his help, while Nate was not happy Audra is in Business with Victor.

At the penthouse, Audra isn’t surprised that Nate isn’t happy she’s going back to work for Victor. He doesn’t know why she would do this to herself. What is Victor getting out of it?
They argue about the games Victor plays and Nate wonders what he wants. She says the offer didn’t include anything she’s not willing to entertain.
She tells him not to be “Mr Negative” and rain all over her parade. Audra claims Victor just wants to use her talent.
He doesn’t want her to feel bad but he doesn’t trust the Newman. Neither does she. She’ll check the contrast and Nate wants to check it too.
She knows Nate is just trying to look out for her, but she hopes he can be happy for her.

He’s sorry his reaction wasn’t what she hoped for. She says she’s finally found something to give her purposed.
Nate wants to take her out for a proper nightcap and asks her to be careful with Victor. She promises.
Lily and Damian are at Society. She tells him about raising twins and how great they have turned out.
He thanks her for having dinner and she thanks him for being so honest about his boss. Is he willing to help her find out what Dumas wants in Genoa City?
Damian admires her persistence but he doesn’t have an answer for her yet. It would put him in a precarious situation.
Dumas has done right by him and he can’t afford to rock the boat. Lily can understand and doesn’t want to get him in trouble.
Damian doesn’t like the feeling of turning her down. It would be a big gamble so he needs time to figure out a strategy.
Devon walks in and spots them together.

Abby joins him to say Damian is easy on the eyes and the reassures Devon he’s not as handsome as him.
They join his sister and Damian and get introductions. Damian tells Abby how great her restaurant is. After telling Lily he will get back to her, he exits.
Devon asks his sister to tell him what that was all about. Turning to Abby, Lily asks what happened with Traci.
Abby fills her in on the Alan/Martin story. It makes her sick to her stomach. Lily feels bad for Traci and will reach out to her.
She can’t even imagine that level of emotional trauma. When she mentions telling Damian about the twins, Devon snaps and asks why she was telling that guy about her personal life.
His sister tells him to drop the tone. She’s been meeting with Damian to discuss Dumas and asked him to find out his boss’ intentions.
Devon thinks that was a bad move. Abby is getting confused so they recap all their doubts about Damian.
Lily admits she’s changed her mind about him. This sets Devon off, who can’t understand her suddenly trusting that guy.
Lily thinks her brother is grumpy. Devon says he doesn’t get grumpy. Abby laughs at that one.
Devon suggests Damian is obsessed with Lily and she insists she’s only trying to be proactive. If Damian wants to prove he’s not a threat, they can put him to the test.
Devon thinks Damian has gotten to Lily and she feels a pull to him. Lily rolls her eyes. She says she’s not. Abby wouldn’t blame her.
She thinks Lily’s plan makes sense and they should take Damian up if he agrees to help. Devon seems conflicted.
