he Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of April 14-18 reveal that Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) downfall will loom while Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) suspects trouble.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will also land in a tight spot, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
For starters, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will move forward with a major plot against Kyle and hope it ends with a split from Claire.
The goal will be to blow up Kyle’s world and break up his relationship with Claire as soon as possible.
Of course, Victor is hoping Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will be part of his upcoming scheme, so we’ll see if she’s willing to pitch in.
There’s a dream job in it for Audra, but teaming up with Victor could be risky – particularly since Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) wouldn’t be happy about the news!
As for Claire, she’ll grow increasingly concerned about the secrets both Kyle and Victor might be keeping from her.
Victor’s quarrel with Kyle and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will certainly leave Claire caught in the middle in the coming episodes.
Jack and Kyle are planning on using Victor’s own spies against him at Jabot, so that’ll no doubt fuel the conflict even more.
The feud between the Abbotts and the Newmans will soar to new heights soon enough, so stay tuned for updates on all the low blows and fierce faceoffs.
Over with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), she’ll try to come to grips with her true feelings for Kyle and make predictions about what the future holds.
Summer’s jealousy could ramp up even more and convince her that she has to pursue a reunion with Kyle – even if that means Claire’s heart gets trampled.
Speaking of trampled hearts, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will struggle to pick up the pieces following all her “Alan Laurent” aka Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins) devastation.
Fortunately, Traci will be able to lean on her family for plenty of support.
In the aftermath of the Martin reveal and kidnapper confirmation, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) can hopefully focus on finding closure as well as a path to true healing.
Next, Sally will deal with growing concerns about Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) connection to Aristotle Dumas and the chaos he could be getting sucked into.
How far will Sally go to protect Billy and prevent disaster?
Sally doesn’t want to overstep, but she doesn’t want to see Billy head down the wrong road with someone untrustworthy either.
That’ll leave Sally with quite a predicament as all the Aristotle drama heats up.
