The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, March 27 reveals Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will share good news with their son.
Y&R spoilers tease Adam will ask Chelsea if she regrets the night before. She’ll say she’s just worried about telling their son they’re a couple, because she doesn’t want to hurt him. But Adam will say they have to have faith that he can handle it.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Phyllis Freaks When Diane Talks About Lab Rats
So, they’ll sit down with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and say they have good news, they’re a couple again. “You said good news,” Connor will reply. “This is the best news. We’re a family again.” A thrilled Connor will embrace his parents.
At the GCAC, Diane will see Phyllis sitting alone. She’ll say she heard what happened and offer her sympathy. “I think if I would have died you would have had a party,” Phyllis will reply. Diane will say she’s got to hand it to Phyllis, she looked death in the face, but she’s the same, nasty, vindictive person she’s always been.
She’ll start to walk away but Phyllis will surprise her. “Diane wait, I’m sorry,” Phyllis will say. “I’m being genuine. What I went through was awful and it changed who I am and gave me a new perspective.” But when Phyllis continues, saying she’s trying new things, including giving her a break, Diane will quip that she’s happy to be her lab rat.
“What did you just say to me?!” Phyllis will exclaim. Diane will explain it was just a figure of speech. “Don’t you dare talk to me about lab rats!” Phyllis will shout. “I would never use you as an experiment, that’s not what this is, okay?!” Diane will ask her what’s wrong and she’ll say the person who kidnapped them called them lab rats.
Phyllis will apologize but ask Diane to go away. Diane will run into Billy in the lobby. She’ll tell him he needs to help Phyllis. So, he’ll sit down with her and she’ll have a panic attack. They’ll head to the park and Phyllis will tell Billy she was having a good day.
“But then Diane came along and sucked the Zen right out of me.” She’ll say she feels fine, then the next moment feels like someone threw her off a cliff. So, she wants to talk about business. Billy will admit he’s in contact with Aristotle Dumas, who wants to help them get Chancellor back. “Are you out of your mind?” Phyllis will ask Billy.
Young And The Restless Scoop – If She’s Wrong Alan Won’t Forgive Her
Meanwhile, Traci will tell Jack she suspects Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) kidnapped Phyllis and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Then she’ll share the conversation she had with Sharon. Jack will remind Traci he’s a respected psychologist. “You can’t honestly think Alan is involved in this do you?”
Traci will say she hoped Sharon would alleviate her fears that Alan was involved, but she didn’t. Plus, Sharon and Phyllis were gassed when they tried to escape. “One of the alerts on Alan’s phone talked about gas expulsion.” And Jack’s face will drop.
“What if the man that I am in love with isn’t really Alan?” Traci will ask her brother. She’ll say when Martin and Alan fell from the balcony, Martin could have survived. Traci will also tell Jack that when she asked Alan about the alerts, he snapped at her. Then he urgently wanted to leave the country and get married in Paris.
Traci will add she doesn’t want to be right about this but she thinks she is. “I opened my heart to him and the person I was falling in love with wasn’t Alan at all,” she’ll say, crying. “How could I have fallen for this?” Jack will say she’s not going to France, not alone.
Finally, he’ll suggest they talk to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and lay it all out for him. Traci will say if she’s right, she’ll lose the person who means the world to her. And if she’s wrong, Alan will never forgive her. “I’m sorry Traci, I don’t think you’re wrong,” Jack will reply.
