Victor Newman’s Freak-Out
On Thursday, March 6, fans can expect the follow-up to Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) freak out. Victor exploded when talking about Claire and Kyle with Nikki, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters).
However, when Nikki suggested that Claire could make her own decisions about relationships, Victor strongly disagreed.
Nikki Newman’s Wisdom
After Victor’s freak-out, Nikki will have a chat with Claire. Now, Claire is already aware that her grandfather doesn’t approve of Kyle. Claire might not realize just how far Victor will go to control his family’s lives, though.
If Victor truly believes that Kyle is bad for Claire, he will scheme, manipulate, lie, and make the relationship impossible.
Claire is still pretty new to the family. Claire knows Victor has done some shady things, but might not realize how much of an iron fist he rules his family with.
So, Nikki could try to warn Claire. Nikki also might tell Claire the best way to handle her grandfather.
Kyle Abbott’s Boundaries
The Young and the Restless spoilers for tomorrow reveal that Kyle will have to set down some firm boundaries with Summer. Kyle wants to be there for Summer in light of Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) disappearance. However, Summer might lean on him a bit too much.
It could force Kyle to remind Summer that they are friends and co-parents, not a couple. Of course, Summer will play it off like it’s no big deal. Summer clearly wants Kyle back, though.

Finally, there is Lily and Devon. It seems that Devon will question her about Damian. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has already warned them to back off.
In fact, Nate was downright furious over Lily asking Victor to check into Damian’s past. Despite the agreement, Lily and Devon could decide that there are too many red flags.
Lily might be so determined to find out the truth about Damian, could she lead him on in order to get answers? That’s usually not Lily’s MO but if her gut is screaming loudly enough, she just might play a player, so stay tuned.
