Full Update: Y&R 11/18/2024 – The Young And The Restless Spoilers Monday November 18
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, November 18, reveals that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will need more tests since she won’t be responding to efforts to make her regain consciousness.
It’ll eventually be determined that Phyllis suffered a contrecoup injury, which is when the brain strikes the opposite side of the skull after impact.
Although Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) and Summer Newman (Sharon Case) will hope that there’s some sort of treatment, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will suggest there’s not much they can do other than watch and wait.
At the cottage, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will ask Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to stay with her when Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) comes to arrest her.
Nick will call Chance and ask him to come over ASAP, so Sharon will tearfully accept her fate.
Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will ultimately show up, so they’ll get updates on Sharon’s confession while she’s upstairs changing outfits.
After Nick admits Sharon claims she killed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), Faith will refuse to believe that.
Nick will acknowledge that he’s struggling with it too, but he’ll point out that Sharon’s story was frighteningly detailed.
That said, Nick will mention Sharon’s blackouts and suggest she wasn’t in her right mind.
Faith and Mariah will be horrified when they realize Sharon plans to turn herself into the cops.
As Faith continues to deny Sharon’s guilt, she’ll insist this is all Phyllis’ fault for making Sharon all paranoid and delusional.
Once Sharon returns to the living room, she’ll embrace Faith and push her to believe her claims about Heather.
As awful as all this is, Sharon will insist she’s telling the truth.
Chance will walk in and instantly realize the vibe is super weird. When Chance demands answers, Sharon will insist she set Daniel up and that she’s actually the one who should go down for killing Heather.
While Chance prepares to arrest Sharon, Summer and Heather will return to Phyllis’ bedside.
Since they already lost Heather not too long ago, Daniel and Summer will refuse to lose Phyllis as well.
At the Abbott mansion, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will try to make Kyle see that their charade was an act of love.
Diane and Jack saw no other way to show their son Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) true colors.
Jack and Diane will both be glad Kyle is out of Victor’s clutches.
However, Kyle will fume over this emotional rollercoaster he’s been on and will push for time to mull everything over.
While Diane and Jack spend some time reconnecting as a couple, Kyle will open up to Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) about this whole mess.
Kyle will basically admit he learned his lesson regarding Victor, but he won’t be ready to forgive Diane and Jack for all the turmoil that led them here.
Our Y&R predictions hint that forgiveness is indeed possible, but it’ll take some hard work from all parties involved!
