Brooke regrets choosing Ridge, she makes a bold decision The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers
Brooke and Ridge are reunited again on The Bold and the Beautiful. Whatever challenges they face, nothing can keep Bridge apart for too long. While Brooke is happy to be back with her destiny, many fans believe she made a bad decision.
Forgive and Forget?
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) recent breakup stemmed from Hope’s (Annika Noelle) takeover of Forrester Creations.
With Carter’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) help, Hope managed to steal the company from the Forresters. Hope’s actions infuriated Ridge, who lashed out by calling her a bitch.
Ridge’s words upset Brooke, and it was reminiscent of all the times Stephanie (Susan Flannery) insulted her. Ridge took things a step further when he forced Brooke to choose between him and Hope
He especially didn’t like that she took the CEO job with Forrester. When Brooke sided with Hope, Ridge walked out.
Brooke’s anger towards Ridge lasted a nanosecond. Soon, she began pining after her destiny and pleading with him to give her another chance.
After months of back and forth, Ridge decided to return to Brooke, who welcomed him back with open arms.
However, Brooke’s decision to reunite with Ridge is receiving mixed reactions. Although Bridge fans are happy, others feel Brooke shouldn’t have taken Ridge back after he disrespected her daughter.
Hope is Brooke’s pride and joy, and Brooke would do anything for her youngest daughter. But her choosing to go back to Ridge shows she has no regard for her daughter’s feelings.
Ridge’s words hurt Hope deeply and are unforgivable. Yet, Brooke seems to have forgiven and forgotten Ridge’s rant and wants to move on.
While Brooke is willing to give Ridge a second chance, Hope won’t. There’s no love lost between Hope and Ridge, and tensions will continue now that Bridge are reunited. Ridge’s opinion towards Hope hasn’t changed, and Hope is worried that Ridge will break her mother’s heart again.
With tensions rising, Ridge’s true colors might reemerge. If Ridge insults or hurts Hope in any way, it might be the end for him and Brooke again.
