The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will have three nightmares waiting for her when she returns to Los Angeles. Steffy will come home to these horrifying developments, so let’s talk about what’s in store once Jacqueline MacInnes Wood returns from her maternity leave.
1) Luna’s survival brings fear and fury
For starters, Steffy will have to face the fact that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) survived her injuries and has made a full recovery.
Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) hid the truth while Luna fought her way back to health, but she won’t be able to keep a lid on her secret indefinitely.
Once Steffy eventually gets updates on Luna being alive and well, she’s going to find herself on another emotional rollercoaster.
Steffy will be afraid of what Luna might do to her family next and furious over the threat not being over.
2) Finn’s grandbaby on the way
B&B writers are being awfully heavy-handed when it comes to the pregnancy foreshadowing.
Luna keeps talking about how one night could change everything, which could certainly be the case if she’s having Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) child.
Li also asked if Luna was expecting a miracle, which seemed like a giant clue about where this storyline is headed.
All signs point to Luna being an expectant mom with a little miracle baby on the way – at least that’s the way she’ll see it!
John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) family expansion will leave Steffy reeling and may make her fear that Luna will use his grandson or granddaughter to pull him closer.
This could be a game-changer for Finn and will give Steffy plenty to worry about.
3) Luna’s get-out-of-jail-free card.
Naturally, Luna will consider her baby a get-out-of-jail-free card.
If Luna is going to give birth to the next Spencer heir, she may feel confident that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) won’t throw her back in prison.
A return to the slammer could put Luna’s unborn child at risk since she already experienced rough treatment behind bars.
Luna may hope that she’ll be protected as the mother of this tiny Spencer and count on having a forever link to Will.
Regardless, Steffy won’t be happy about Luna’s baby being her insurance policy to stay out of the slammer.
Even if the lawyer Li hired can’t help Luna, she’ll know Bill’s got the power to make big things happen.
Steffy may have to accept that Luna’s going to remain a free woman indefinitely, so that’ll be another nightmare for her to contend with.
