Bold & Beautiful Exit Buzz: Is This How Steffy Will Leave as Jacqueline Takes Maternity Leave?
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that ever since Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) announced her latest pregnancy, fans have been preparing for her maternity leave and the temporary exit it’ll force for Steffy.
There’s no word yet on how exactly Steffy might depart, but it could tie in with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) going on the run after this botched sting operation.
Steffy might feel the need to take the kids somewhere safe, so it’s possible she’ll end up in Europe with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) and Hayes Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick).
However, that presents a bit of a problem since Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is trying to spend as much time with Kelly as he can before his demise.
It’s possible Kelly will stay behind since Luna honestly hasn’t been showing any interest in her.
Whatever the case, B&B will deliver some form of an explanation to keep Wood off-screen for a bit.
Even if Wood banked up some extra episodes, Steffy will have to take a backseat while other characters take center stage.
With all that in mind, we have to ask: What happens to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) after Steffy exits for Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s maternity leave?
The show will still need some drama for Finn to be part of, so it’ll be interesting to see what they have in store for him.
Finn might set a trap of his own to catch Luna – or maybe he could reconnect with Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) as they work together on one.
On the other hand, maybe Finn and Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) could work together instead.
It’d be interesting if Finn wound up bonding with Sheila in the process – especially since Steffy wouldn’t be happy about that news when she came back!
Of course, B&B could have something else entirely in store for Finn. If Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) comes between Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) again, that could free Hope up to grow closer to Finn once more.
Pursuing Finn romantically didn’t work out very well for Hope the last time around, but characters don’t always learn their lesson on this show.
Between losing Carter and preparing for Liam’s grim fate, it’s easy to see why Hope might seek Finn’s comfort. Could that lead to any crossed lines?
Naturally, it’s also possible the show will just use Finn in doctor mode and involve him in other people’s storylines until Wood returns.
Regardless, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn will no doubt find something to do during Steffy’s break, so stick with us for updates on story-related info to come.
