The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of May 12, 2025, are here! Fans can expect Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) to face a life-changing bombshell. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will be determined to make his dying wish come true.

Hope Logan Processes
Let’s start off with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), who just found out that Liam is dying. It wasn’t even Liam who told her, but her own enemy, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Hope will be horrified and in disbelief for a bit, then reality will sink in.
As Hope tries to process this bombshell, she will make an agreement with Steffy. However, will the two women be able to get along until Liam’s last breath?
Liam Spencer’s Dying Wish
Liam has already pressured Hope and Steffy to find forgiveness. It’s not clear why it’s so important to him, but it is. Liam is more focused on Steffy and Hope finding healing than he seems to be on his own prognosis.
Liam might also spend some quality time with Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza). Fans saw Liam have some special moments with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras), so Beth will be next.
Ridge Forrester Suspicious
This alliance could lead Hope to give Steffy a genuine apology for the Forrester Creations takeover.
In light of the Liam situation, Steffy could extend an olive branch by allowing Hope to come back to work. Liam will likely push for this, of course. Hope would most likely be on probation, but it could create a new path.
However, that could give Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) hope of a reunion with Hope. Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) will continue to be an issue, though.
I could see Steffy asking Daphne to back off Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), just until they get through Liam’s illness. However, Daphne seems to be obsessed, so she’s not going to back down.
If Hope comes back to FC, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will be suspicious. Steffy might give a cover story or explain Hope apologized. Ridge will still wonder if something else is going on.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that fans could also see how Bill reacts when he learns about Liam’s condition.
When Liam tells his father it happened right there on his living room floor, that could have Bill go through a lot of guilt. Bill will want to make things right before Liam dies, but how can he do that?
There is also Luna, who will wait for an answer from Finn. The doctor made a promise to Steffy. However, Liam’s death sentence could have Finn rethink abandoning Luna, so stay tuned.
