Steffy believes that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) has gotten in Carter’s head somehow. What Steffy doesn’t know is that Carter is the one pursuing her.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoiler reveal that Hope Logan was not behind this new romance. Hope was truly shocked when Carter started flirting with her.
Hope and Carter has even decided the were just going to be friends instead of risking any issue at work because they both had already had enough of the office romances.
Carter and Hope didn’t want to get in trouble with that bosses by getting into a romance.
With Carter being COO and Hope working at Forrester, their relationship would have certainly been ill advised. Carter knew this was a bad idea and yet he is head over heels for Hope and is letting his emotions take over.
B&B Spoilers – Carter Walton Is Pushing Things Too Hard
Carter has been the one who wanted to cancel Hope’s line because it was doing poorly. However, Steffy kept the line going when Carter wanted it canceled.
However, Steffy gave Hope an ultimatum as well. Steffy warned Hope to stay away from John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) or else. Hope’s accident ended up being the end of her line.
Carter doesn’t see that his person feelings are causing him to act totally irrationally. Carter can’t make demands on his bosses that is what he is doing.
Carter is clearly not looking out for the best interest of Forrester. Is there any way to repair the damage that has already been done or will Carter make things worse?

Steffy doesn’t trust Carter because of the way he has been acting. What Steffy doesn’t know is that Carter has a huge plan up his sleeve because he feels that Hope and her family deserve justice.
Carter feels that the Logans have always gotten the short end of the stick and he plans to fix that right now.
Will Steffy play close attention to the papers that Carter has drawn up for the LLC or will she realize what Carter has done before these papers can be recorded?
