“Matt Roloff’s Farm Nightmare: The Real Reason It Won’t Sell Despite Price Drops!”

Matt Roloff came off as quite the visionary. When Little People Big World began airing on TLC, everyone was impressed by his pumpkin farm.

However, as time passed, things only deteriorated in that department. The LPBW star wanted his kids to take over the farm.

However, he wanted them to buy it off of him when it was time for them to do so. It created a rift between them as the asking price was too high.

Since then, Jeremy and Zach have moved into a farm of their own and have been raising their kids there. As for Matt, he has constantly been putting his farm up for sale.

He started doing so from 2022 and also took it off the market multiple times. Well, the Roloff Farm is back on sale yet again for an unbelievable price. Keep reading to find out what Matt has in mind right now.

LPBW: A Brief History Of Matt’s Attempt To Sell His Pumpkin Farm!

Back in May 2022, Matt Roloff listed 16 acres of the Roloff Family Farm in Helvetia, Oregon, for $4 million. The property featured a 5,373 sq. ft. farmhouse, a red barn, a Western style town, and a medieval castle.

Despite its unique attractions, the farm did not sell. Matt then later converted it into a short-term rental in partnership with iTrip Vacations and urged LPBW fans to book their stays there.

In August 2023, Matt relisted the property at a reduced price of $3.395 million. The listing included the same amenities but still did not attract a buyer.

As of late 2023, the property got removed from the market, and Matt continued to operate the farm, including its annual pumpkin season, with plans to keep the remaining 93 acres within the family.

Matt Roloff is now selling 16 acres of the Roloff Family Farm for just under $3 million. It includes a big house, red barn, a castle, and a small western town.

He says he wants to slow down and enjoy retirement as he turns 64. The LPBW star had made multiple posts talking about the same on Instagram handle.

After strained bonds with Zach and Jeremy, it’s Jacob who is living in the farm and looking after it with his family.

Matt said his kids will get to keep the rest of the land, which is 92 acres. He called the farm “a launchpad for ones dreams” and said it’s in a great spot. In fact, hopes someone new can make it their own.

He assused everyone that the farm will still open this fall for its famous pumpkin season. Matt’s ex-wife, Amy, and her husband will also be there to help out. It’s a big tradition and October is a favorite time for visitors.

The price is lower than it was before, which could help the farm finally sell i.e., $2,895,000 . Many fans may be interested, since it was on the TV show for 25 seasons. The last episode aired in April 2024. While Matt had hopes that there will be more seasons, the rest of the family members had accepted that it was the end.

Do you think the new price will help the Roloff Farm sell? Would the kids want to buy the farm again given the price is significantly less now? Tell us in the comments.
