General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, October 20, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will get a shock in the courtroom. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will also have a question for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) slams Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.

Nina and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) arraignment is on the way, so Nathan will quiz Nina about whether she’s going to take the plea deal that’s on the table.

Although Nina has been torn about whether to recant, Nathan will hope she goes through with it.

Willow and Nina’s arraignment will ultimately bring a twist that Drew doesn’t see coming.

Drew will ask how something like this can happen as he sits there looking bewildered, so he’ll definitely get a courtroom shock.

Brennan will face a surprise of his own when he shares a drink with Carly and learns she threw out the flowers he sent.

That’ll leave Brennan wondering why, so Carly will presumably come up with an excuse instead of admitting she intentionally smashed the vase they came in.

Carly will open the door to a conversation regarding Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and try to get Brennan to confess her WSB status on his own.

That’s obviously not going to happen, so Carly will lash out over Brennan keeping secrets regarding Josslyn.

However, it looks like Carly may hold off on telling Brennan the extent of what she knows thanks to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Carly might eventually claim she’s still not over the whole S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) situation as a way to explain her anger.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will pressure Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to confess to the police if he’s guilty of setting Willow up.

There’ll be more concerns about whether Michael might’ve pulled the trigger on Drew and framed Willow with planted evidence.

Michael’s going to make a major declaration, but it’s doubtful he’ll say anything truly incriminating.

Instead, Michael might just declare that his kids come first and that he’ll always do everything in his power to keep them safe.

Across town, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will connect some dots.

Could this tie in with Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) bun in the oven or maybe some of the dirty moves Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has made?

Back at the Q manse, Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) plans for a lovely tea party will get thrown off track.

Bad news is brewing, so Brook Lynn may regret even coming up with this idea soon enough!

Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will have a hunch that drama’s in store when she chats with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), who’ll indeed clash with Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) at the gathering.

Ronnie will leave Brook Lynn and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) on edge when she drops hints about the fun ahead.

That’ll apparently be code for chaos since Ronnie and Tracy are about to have a serious showdown.
