Willow Comes to the Realization That Michael Framed Her — Plus, Drew Discovers He’s Been Played By [Spoiler]
What’s Drew’s Current Problem?
Martin drops by Drew’s place to break the news that Willow has been arrested for the shooting. Drew panics and tells Martin to do whatever he can to get her out, but Martin says it won’t be that easy, given her situation and their very public breakup.

Martin heads out, and Drew calls and tells someone that he needs to see them right now.
Sidwell shows up later, and Drew needs him to steer the evidence in the judge’s murder to look like Michael did it. That will make it look like Michael had an even bigger reason to shoot him. Sidwell says the problem is that Drew is suspect number one in the judge’s death after the wire transfer receipt was found in his safe.
Sidwell laughs over Drew’s situation, and Drew realizes Sidwell killed the judge. Sidwell says whatever he did, Drew did too. Drew is up to his neck in this, as he came to him to create evidence against Sonny and drive him out of town. Drew states he never agreed to murder and orders Sidwell to leave.
Who Framed Willow?
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Sonny and Carly appear to tell Michael about Nina’s arrest. Michael says Willow was arrested, too, and he told them it would all be fine. Sonny asks if his son knew Willow and Nina were going to be arrested.

Michael says Willow was arrested in front of their kids, and he’d never plan something like that. Sonny says they must find out what evidence the PCPD has on Willow, but Michael tells them this doesn’t involve them, so stay out of it. Sonny says, “Too late.”
Diane arrives and reveals the evidence against Willow is Edward’s missing gun from his collection, which was used in the shooting. She also says Martin is representing Willow.
Sonny and Carly know that Drew won’t believe Willow shot him. Sonny asks if either Carly or Michael have been to Liz’s place lately?
Carly admits she went to Liz’s house to see her and find out if she had talked to the cops about her threatening Drew. Carly also confesses that Liz had to step away for a moment to take a call, but swears she didn’t plant the gun.

Diane turns to Michael, who admits he went to see Willow about visiting the kids. Diane finds it strange that the minute Anna showed up with a search warrant for the Quartermaine estate, he suddenly had to talk to Willow. She says no jury on earth would believe either one of them.

What Do Ava and Alexis Agree On?
At Alexis’ office, Ava can’t see Willow shooting Drew, but Nina is another story. Marco arrives, as Alexis called him in, and Ava explains to him that her friend Nina has been arrested and her regular lawyer is tied up. Marco says he’ll head down to the station.
Alexis is just glad to think this whole ordeal with Ric is about to be over tomorrow. The lawyer tells Ava that she’d love it if they could move on and find some peace after this, and they should let go of any animosity between them when they let Ric go.
They wait for the transfer confirmation of Ric’s money to come in. Ava agrees with Alexis’ sentiments and says she’s getting on with her life tomorrow and isn’t looking back.

Marco shows up and explains that he was sent by Ava to help Nina. Nina tells him that Willow is being railroaded as they speak, but he’s only here to help her.
Just then, Martin arrives, announcing his intent to defend Willow, which is a relief to Nina. He heads in to talk to Willow, who is in tears.

In the station, Chase asks Dante how Willow is doing and if he really arrested her in front of the kids. Dante did and suggests that Chase should be careful not to appear biased, as it could compromise the case.

Justine shares the evidence against Nina with her and Marco, that Nina was at home when Drew was shot, and gave Willow a false alibi. She believes Nina and Willow planned Drew’s shooting ahead of time, which Nina denies. Justine throws Nina’s past crimes in her face, proving she’s capable of this. Nina says she can say anything about her, but Willow is no killer. Justine notes, “Some mothers will do anything for their child.”
Chase calls home for an update on Wiley and Amelia. He then asks Justine if he can fill Willow in on her children.
Kristina drops by her mom’s office and says Ric had lunch, but they are out of sedatives. Ava hands the key to the storage unit, where Ric’s car is, to Kristina.
The money transfer hasn’t gone through yet, but Ava says this vendetta between them is over, so Kristina should go on with her life. Kristina says, for what it’s worth, she is sorry. Ava is, too, and they shake on it. (It’s a miracle! Please let this storyline be over!)

At Bobbie’s, Molly does an online search and finds a number of digital detox spas. Liz assumes they probably take client privacy seriously. Molly’s beginning to worry about her dad, and says she will use the pull of the DA’s office if need be to find him.
Cody stops by Alexis’ house to drop off a lariat for Molly. Outback leads Cody to the cellar doors and won’t stop barking.
Down in the cellar, Ric stirs awake and yells the best he can for help.

Beaten, Sidwell tells Drew that he needed a politician at his beck and call. Sidwell tells Drew that from now on, he works for him. Step out of line, and his life will go to hell. Sidwell walks out. (Newsflash, Sidwell, Drew’s life is already hell!)
At the station, Justine permits Chase to pass the message on to Willow about her children. He goes into the interrogation room, and Justine tells Dante that, given their relationship, perhaps Willow will confess to Chase and do them all a favor, saving them a lot of time.
Justine and Dante watch through the glass as Willow cries to Chase.

Meanwhile, Nina tells Marco that if she admits she lied about being with Willow, it will send a message to the jury that even she believes her daughter may have shot Drew. He says she has to tell the truth to save her daughter and herself.

In the Quartermaine kitchen, Diane explains to the Corinthos clan that Martin could prove reasonable doubt that Michael and Carly both had the opportunity to shoot Drew and frame Willow. Diane says Michael and Carly’s problems are just beginning.
Back at the station, Chase gives Willow the message that her kids are OK. Willow says she’s been going over it in her head, and she knows what happened. She believes Michael set her up and planted the gun.
