General Hospital Spoilers: 6 Drew Shooter Suspects Revealed – Even More On the Way

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that six Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooter suspects were revealed in the show’s preview video for the week of September 1-5, but even more are on the way. Let’s begin with the six that the promo offered since GH chose to cast suspicion on those particular characters first.

1) Portia

After Drew gets shot, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will consider who’s at the top of the suspect list.

GH’s weekly preview features some quick flashes of people who might’ve pulled the trigger on Drew – starting with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

Portia has been pushed to her limit lately, so could she go as far as trying to take Drew out for good?

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will be rattled in the coming episodes, so she may get updates on this shocking Drew news and fear the worst about her mom’s actions.

2) Sonny

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) shot John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) dead on the Quartermaine property, so we all know he’s capable of going to extremes to take out a threat.

That doesn’t necessarily mean Sonny will be guilty of going after Drew, but the PCPD will still consider Sonny a suspect in the whodunit ahead.

Sonny has been ranting about Drew getting what he deserves, so he’ll be questioned in the aftermath of Drew’s ordeal.

3) Willow

As for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), it looks like she’ll turn against Drew all over again and land in suspicious territory.

Willow has proven she’s unstable and out of control lately, so we could certainly imagine her seeking revenge on Drew for ruining her life.

4) Curtis

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is another suspect highlighted in the weekly promo, which isn’t surprising since he threatened Drew’s life recently.

It’s clear that Curtis would do anything to protect his family, so he’ll be on the list when the PCPD investigates.

In addition to worrying about Portia, Trina may find herself terrified of what Curtis might’ve done, too.

In other words, Trina might have good reasons to suspect one or both of her parents in the episodes to come.

5) Nina

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) made the promo suspect list, which is a no-brainer since she also threatened to kill Drew.

We wouldn’t put it past this mama bear to try and eliminate Drew after all the pain he’s caused Willow.

The cops will look into what Nina did that night, so there’s a chance she might be to blame for targeting Drew.

Even if Nina isn’t responsible, she might make a mess if she covers for Willow or someone else.

6) Michael

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is the final suspect who shows up in the preview video, so he’ll fall under scrutiny when it comes to this case as well.

Since Michael loathes Drew and wants him gone, the cops will no doubt wonder how far he’d go to make that happen.

Michael may not be the guilty party, but the point of a whodunit is to throw suspicion all over the place and take the story to some interesting places.

There’ll be some wrong turns along the way, but that’s all part of the plan!
