General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Covers-Up Willow’s Wild Night – Suspects Daughter Tried to Kill Drew?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may launch a cover-up after Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) wild night. Will Nina suspect her daughter tried to kill Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and decide she has to take steps to help her?

Drew just became a shooting victim, so an exciting mystery storyline is now underway.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be called to the crime scene, where they’ll mull over who had the strongest motive to take Drew out.

That’ll lead to Anna and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) putting multiple suspects through grilling sessions, so the PCPD interrogation room should be buzzing with nervous energy.

Even if Drew survives, his attempted murder could bring a whole lot of drama!

This could also bring a bit of a repeat scenario depending on where the writers want to go with this.

When Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) found a gun in Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) purse during John “Jagger” Cates’ (Adam J. Harrington) exit story, she panicked thinking her daughter might’ve gone too far.

That led to Alexis throwing the weapon off the footbridge, so what if a similar situation is coming up for Nina?

If Nina finds a gun in Willow’s belongings or some other type of evidence that makes her daughter look guilty, she may get rid of it.

GH spoilers say Nina will resort to some risky behavior while the investigation is going on, so it makes sense that she might put her own freedom on the line to protect Willow.

Although Willow agreed to reunite with Drew if he got her kids back, her heart sank when she found out Judge Eva Heran (Tessa Auberjonois) had been murdered.

Willow clearly feared her custody dreams had gone down the drain as she rushed off, so there’s the potential for her to be Drew’s shooter.

Regardless, Nina might assume Willow snapped and finally tried to make Drew pay for everything he cost her.

That could make Nina determined to bury Willow’s guilt and keep her out of prison.

Of course, it’s also possible Nina will be protecting herself!

It’s easy to see a scene where Nina ditches a gun or destroys proof, but fans might be left in the dark on whether she’s covering her own tracks or hiding Willow’s trail instead.

Whatever the case, GH’s weekly preview video shows Willow with damp hair like she’s been out in the rain.

It may seem like Willow had a wet and wild night targeting Drew in the storm, so she’ll definitely be one of the main suspects.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will question Willow about vanishing during her shift, so Willow could be hiding a terrible secret.
