General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 29, indicate that a body identity will be revealed while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) begs for help. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will also make an offer to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), so here’s what viewers can expect.
For starters, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will speak with someone and insist there’s something they need to know about Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), so he seems poised to defend her as a good mother.
At GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will get updates on Willow vowing to reunite with Drew if he gets her kids back.
Although Liz will advise against it, Willow will insist Drew is her best option if she wants to see her children again.
Over with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll toss more threats around.
Curtis just ordered Drew to end his crusade against his family or else Curtis will end Drew!
On Friday’s episode, Curtis will reiterate that Drew needs to end this while he still can.
Drew will continue to get the kind of writing that perfectly sets up a major whodunit story.
Meanwhile, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will clash with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) in her office, where Portia just shared some passionate moments with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) since she believes her marriage is over.
It’s possible Trina will interrupt, but it’s also possible Portia will wrap up her encounter with Isaiah before her daughter arrives.
Whatever the case, Trina will feel like Portia is paying the blame game soon enough.
“This whole thing with Drew is my fault?!” Trina asks incredulously in Friday’s preview video.
At some point, Trina will seek Kai Taylor’s (Jens Austin Astrup) assistance, so she may tell him about Drew causing Stella Henry’s (Vernee Watson) arrest and convince Kai he’s on the wrong team here.
Next, it looks like Stella will tell Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) that she’s the only one that Curtis is going to listen to.
Stella may worry that Curtis could go as far as eliminating Drew unless Jordan can talk some sense into him.
Drew will eventually score the Carly meeting he’s been hoping for, so he may spell out the judge bribery situation and push her to change Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) mind about his shared custody offer.
Things could turn out far worse for Michael if they go back to court and Drew sways a new judge that he arranges.
However, Carly will declare that it’s the end of the line and most likely stand by Michael’s decision not to surrender to Drew’s pressure.
Of course, we should note that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is worried now that Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) has blabbed to Drew.
Sidwell hinted about how they needed to get to Judge Eva Heran (Tess Auberjonois) before Sonny got to her first and convinced her to tell the truth.
That certainly makes it sound like Judge Heran’s body will be the one Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) find floating in the water on Friday’s show.
Drew could still be a contender, but Judge Heran has jumped to the top of the list of body possibilities here.
At the Five Poppies Resort, Josslyn and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) will remain in captivity, but someone will come along and find them.
Since Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will deal with some suspicions and perhaps go searching, will she be the one who discovers Vaugn and Josslyn?
