General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, August 12, 2025! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to rage over a situation, while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) confronts Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
Plus, Scout Quatermaine (Cosette Abinante) is missing, and Jossly Jacks (Eden McCoy) enjoys some bed chatting with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee).

Willow Tait’s Face-Off
Let’s start off with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who will encounter Willow. The congressman likely tries to manipulate Willow into coming back to him. However, the nurse wants nothing to do with Drew ever again.
While he will listen, he won’t believe that she’s totally done with him. Meanwhile, Drew will continue his scheme to try to get Willow back her children, but at what cost?
In addition, Willow will lash out at Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), so she’ll be in quite the fighting mood during the GH Tuesday, August 12 episode.

Scout Quartermaine Is Missing
Speaking of Drew, he gets a phone call alerting him that Scout is missing. With Drew suspecting that Willow tormented Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), could he assume that the nurse has done something to Scout?
Could it be Scout’s with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who is trying to figure out a legal way to stop Drew from moving her granddaughter to DC? Of course, it’s also possible that Scout ran away.
Carly Spencer vs Marco Rios
Over with Carly, she will confront Marco. Fans know that Carly and Lucas had some tension over Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) kidnapping Marco. Then, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) warned Carly about the victim’s statement.
In a preview clip, Carly tells Marco that before things go any further, she needs to make one thing clear.
Fans will also see Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) be forced to make an arrest. Could that be Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza)? In a preview clip, Gio tells Emma that it’s over.
However, she says not necessarily. So, what is Emma’s next plan and what does it mean for their futures?
Britt Westbourne’s Demands
In other news, General Hospital spoilers imply that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will demand she get what she wants, or there will be no lab results. With Britt’s medication being held hostage, this is a dicey situation for her.
However, she will soon learn that there are more familiar faces at the resort. Could that help save her, or will it just cause more complications?
