General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Targets Chase for Stealing Willow’s Hero Role?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may target Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) for stealing Willow Tait’s (Kate MacMullen) savior spot. Drew could easily decide he wants to be his ex’s only hero and take steps to shove Chase aside.

There’s been a big shift on-screen lately – and Chase is at the center of it all.

Willow has been looking at Chase adoringly and may be fixating on him as the main heroic figure in her life now.

Of course, Chase filled that heroic role for Willow in the past and has never forgotten his feelings for her.

There’s part of Chase that’ll always be drawn to Willow and the connection they share.

Drew didn’t turn out to be the man Willow thought he was, but she may see Chase as the one who got away!

Chase is stepping up for Willow and stirring up a world of new possibilities.

If Willow is already feeling this much of a pull toward Chase and his support, trouble could be brewing.

Willow may lean on Chase even more in the coming weeks and could even make it her mission to win him back.

Whatever the case, Chase gave Willow the comfort she needed and ultimately stood up to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) on her behalf.

GH fans are watching Chase be a compassionate heartthrob, so he’s definitely got Willow’s attention as well.

You can bet Drew won’t like that one bit now that Willow’s dumped him and dashed his dreams for their future.

Drew may not give up on repairing the damage, especially if he spies Willow reconnecting with Chase and grows jealous.

Chase may be Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) husband right now, but Drew knows how quickly marriages can be destroyed in Port Charles.

Drew may end up worried that Chase and Willow are on the verge of a romantic reunion.

That news won’t work for Drew, so how far will he go to stand in the way? Will Drew target Chase and those closest to him as he tries to pump the brakes?

Chase could be next in line for Drew’s threats if this keeps up.

Drew could launch a blackmail plot or even some sort of Chase frame-up situation considering his track record.

Brook Lynn could become a target too, especially now that a major cover-up is putting Deception at risk.

Even if Chase and Brook Lynn’s marriage crumbles, he may still feel the need to protect her from Drew.

Drew could even go as far as threatening Hamilton Finn (Micheal Easton) and Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) off-screen happiness. We wouldn’t put it past Drew to try to trigger a relapse for Finn or at least make it seem like he had one.

Regardless, Drew may decide to reclaim the top hero spot in Willow’s universe.

If Drew feels like Chase and Willow are getting too close for comfort, he may take action and work to push Chase out of the picture.
