Port Charles has been in the middle of a mob war ever since Sidwell (Carlo Rota) came to town. After Sidwell inadvertently got Kristina (Kate Mansi) caught in a flaming Charlie’s and Sonny (Maurice Benard) retaliated by kidnapping Marco (Adrian Anchondo), it’s on between the two mobsters.

Sonny’s threat to Marco forced Sidwell to back down from supporting Measure C, which would take Sonny’s piers away, but that isn’t stopping the new father-son duo from plotting to take him down. Back during Michael (Rory Gibson) and Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) custody battle, it was revealed that Sidwell paid the judge to award custody to Michael. But why?

Now, Sidwell has shared his plan with his son. After admitting he paid the judge, he explained that if it were to come to light that the judge was paid to grant Michael custody, Sonny would be the number one suspect. Sonny would go down, while also giving custody right back to Willow.

Sonny’s Plan For ADA Turner

As for Sonny, despite being in the middle of a war with Sidwell, he’s got bigger problems. ADA Turner (Nazneen Contractor) is out for blood, and she’s not back down off Port Charles’ infamous coffee importer. After being confronted by her once again, Sonny let Jason (Steve Burton) in on his plan for the ADA.

When Jason wondered why Sonny seemed fine with Turner approaching him so much, Sonny revealed it was exactly what he wanted. The more Turner was seen harassing him in public, the more biased she would seem, and ultimately get removed from any case against him.
