General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that many fans are asking if Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) sinister side is here to stay. Are you enjoying the character’s fierce transformation and hoping that it sticks?

Ever since Michael came home following his burn recovery, he’s been a new man in more ways than one.

Rory Gibson took over the role of Michael and quickly made it his own, but there’s been a shift in the writing, too.

It seems like the show’s definitely trying to give Michael more of a backbone and an edge that he didn’t have before.

Michael is done letting people push him around and will do whatever it takes to ensure his children’s safety.

In GH’s July 15 episode, Michael got in Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) face and made it clear that he wouldn’t stand for her manipulation, especially since she confused and upset Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) by the pool recently.

Michael was in “show no mercy” mode as he informed Willow that he had Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) contact the court.

A horrified Willow found out the visitation hearing had been pushed back to October, but Michael refused to budge or let any compassion creep in.

It’s been nice to see Michael’s sinister side come out to play in scenes like that where he’s truly just DONE with Willow’s drama!

Social media has been blowing up with comments about Michael’s fierce turn since so many fans are loving it.

Michael has a good heart that gives him a sweet side too, but it’s nice to know he can summon up something more menacing when necessary.

This post-fire personality transformation has been great news for Michael’s character since it’s made him even more entertaining.

Michael’s sinister side should stick around, especially since he’ll have more reasons to unleash it on Willow and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) soon.

Since Drew and Willow just won’t quit, there’s another round of hostility on the way.
