In the “reel” world, General Hospital viewers know her as Port Charles’ Molly and her portrayer recently celebrated a very special occasion — one that she wanted to share with the “real” world. Kristen Vaganos, who took over the ABC soap role from Haley Pullos in 2023, gave fans a peek into her personal life and at the man who holds her heart.
“Please join me in wishing a very happy birthday to this impressive man,” she stated then went on to express that “he is the kindest, most generous soul.”
Not only is actor Nick Cafero “so talented” and “hard working,” he “makes the best quinoa salad” and “is fluent in every love language.
And he’s learning Italian!” In closing out the sweet post, Vaganos continued, “I love you Nicky, thank you for sharing your life with me.”
In a series of 12 photos and a video, the actress highlighted various moments that she holds dear and showcased Cafero doing a little dance.
Her TV parents came out to send the couple some love as Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) shared, “Makes mama happy to see my children so happy!”
while Rick Hearst (Ric) added, “Ah. A nice Italian boy. Tanti Auguri Nicola!” which means “Happy Birthday, Nick!”
And back in May, for Vaganos’ birthday, her man shared, “There is nothing this girl can’t do. Except maybe allow people to celebrate her on her birthday.
But I’m gonna do it anyways because, the way I see it, that’s something about you that makes you all the more worthy. You deserve it all, my girl. Happy birthday! You’ll always have a spot in my sweater.”
