Recently on General Hospital, a mysterious person crept into the Quartermaine nursery and turned on baby Daisy’s mobile.

GH Spoilers Speculation: Nelle Benson Is Back And Looks Like Willow

Sasha entered a little while later and thought it odd that the toy was on, but didn’t think much of it beyond that. Prior to that, when she was at the hospital post-delivery, the wrong baby was brought to Sasha.

Is it possible that a nefarious villain has returned to get revenge on Sasha’s baby daddy, Michael?

Who Could the Skulker Be?

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve seen Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) in Port Charles. The villain sought revenge on Carly (Laura Wright) and even started a relationship with Carly’s son, Michael (then-Chad Duell).

She would later get pregnant with Michael’s baby, attempt to kill him, get involved in a baby swap, and even marry cult leader Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin).

After a physical altercation with Carly, Nelle seemingly perished after falling down a chasm. Or did she?

It’s very possible that Nelle somehow survived and is now back in Port Charles. Even more so, she could have been the one who was skulking around baby Daisy.

Chaos Could Ensue

Originally, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) married Michael to help him get custody of his son, Wiley (Viron Weaver), from Nelle.

That worked, but now Willow and Michael are in their own custody battle. As such, it’s the perfect time for Nelle to return.

She could start by taking Daisy from Michael and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), driving them mad with worry. A fan on a Soap Hub article voiced, “Yes. Loved to hate her. She played her part so well.”

She might then set her sights on Wiley to complete the revenge scheme. Nelle might also have learned that she’s Willow’s twin, so she would probably want to get back at Willow and their mom, Nina (Cynthia Watros).

Nelle is devious and murderous, with a warped sense of thinking, so nothing would stop her from killing to get what she wants. If Lanier couldn’t reprise the role, it could easily be recast with an actress who can play the part with equal menace.
