Brook Lynn Goes After Lulu Over Gio Drama on General Hospital

On General Hospital, Brook Lynn Quartermaine is reaching her breaking point—and Lulu Spencer is her primary target. Ever since Lulu uncovered Brook Lynn’s long-buried secret about her teenage pregnancy with Dante and the adoption of their son, things have spiraled out of control. Now, BLQ is out for revenge—and this week, it’s about to get much more personal.

What set Brook Lynn off? Lulu went behind everyone’s back and confronted Lois Cerullo publicly at the Nurses Ball, confirming that Gio was Dante and Brook Lynn’s biological son. She never spoke to Brook Lynn beforehand, even though she had suspicions.

As a result, Gio learned the truth in the worst possible way—overhearing everything and then dramatically announcing it at the ball before smashing his violin. The fallout was massive, and Brook Lynn holds Lulu fully responsible.

Even more infuriating for Brook Lynn is the growing bond between Gio and Lulu. Although Gio refuses to speak with either of his biological parents, he’s warmed up to Lulu—his half-brother Rocco’s mom.

Lulu recently approached Gio at the Metro Court to apologize, and surprisingly, he accepted it. But for Brook Lynn, it was a betrayal. Why would her son open up to the woman who blew up their lives?

This week’s spoilers hint that Brook Lynn will see Lulu and Gio together again, and that may push her to escalate her revenge plan. She’s already enlisted Marco to dig up dirt on Lulu—and her focus has turned to the past, particularly the complicated history involving Britt Westbourne.

Years ago, Britt claimed she was pregnant with Patrick Drake’s child, but later confessed the baby—named Ben—was conceived using a stolen embryo from Dante and Lulu.

Eventually, it was revealed that “Ben” was actually Rocco. Now, Brook Lynn suspects there’s more to this story. She’s having Marco search for Rocco’s original birth certificate, hoping to uncover a legal or biological twist that could undermine Lulu’s maternal rights.

If General Hospital decides to rewrite history—as it already has by inventing a teenage fling between Brook Lynn and Dante—there’s a possibility that Britt’s pregnancy didn’t involve Dante and Lulu’s embryo after all. Perhaps Rocco is actually Britt and Patrick’s son. This theory would shatter Lulu’s world—and BLQ would love to be the one to deliver that blow.

With Kelly Thiebaud reportedly returning as Britt, the pieces may be falling into place. Whether it’s Britt herself or a long-lost twin coming back to claim custody, Lulu could face a devastating reckoning. And Brook Lynn may finally get her revenge.

But as with all things in Port Charles, revenge has collateral damage. Dante and Rocco could end up suffering the most, just like Gio did when Lulu blew up Brook Lynn’s secret. BLQ may justify it by using Lulu’s own words against her: “The truth needs to come out.”
