General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may kidnap Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) as a last resort strategy once his inner monster gets exposed. Will a shocking abduction play out and put Willow in panic mode?

Drew has proven that he’s totally obsessed with Willow at this point.

Although Drew pretends to care about the kids, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) don’t matter much to him in the grand scheme of things.

Based on how Drew used Wiley to derail Willow and Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) compromise, the children are apparently just pawns in his game!

As for Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante), when was the last time anyone saw Drew paying real, meaningful attention to her either?

GH fans know Drew is a phony family man who’s really just fixated on Willow and the concept of defeating Michael.

If the custody feud works out in Willow’s favor, then Drew will surely want to move forward with his plans to move to D.C.

Drew likes to isolate Willow, so packing her up with the kids would be in line with his agenda.

Of course, we wouldn’t put it past Drew to pressure Willow into stealing Wiley and Amelia if the custody battle goes Michael’s way instead.

It’s easy to imagine Drew selling the idea that they can all go on the run together.

However, we’ve established that Willow is Drew’s focus – not the children.

Since Drew is on the verge of a major comeuppance, it’s also possible he’ll kidnap Willow out of desperation when everything blows up.

Drew might fly solo with Willow in the end and convince himself that nothing else matters but the two of them.

Willow could be forced into a hostage situation once Drew shows his true colors and fully unleashes that inner monster we mentioned.

Bottom line, Drew won’t give up his Willow fixation without a fight.

Whether the kids are involved in the kidnapping chaos or not, Drew may snatch Willow and cling to his attempt to have a future with her.
