General Hospital Update: Drew Can’t Stop Willow – Gio Rejects Brook Lynn & Dante
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, May 28, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will find that he can’t stop Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) while Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) rejects Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also confess, so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
At Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will exchange hugs with his family members as they officially welcome him back to Port Charles.
Carly will be especially emotional over Michael’s return, which happened far sooner than she expected.
Although Carly wanted to keep the divorce and custody hearing under wraps, Michael clearly got updates anyway.
That’ll leave Carly puzzled about how the news made it to Michael, so he’ll explain how it all went down.
Whether Michael heard what was coming from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) or even Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), someone obviously tipped Michael off to the chaos that was brewing back home.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will worry that Michael’s comeback is going to be a game-changer in the custody feud – and not in a way that’s going to benefit Willow!
While Nina uses Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) as a confidant, Willow and Drew will apparently be turned away at the police station.
Drew and Willow were counting on Mac Scorpio (John J. York) to do something about Jason “kidnapping” Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
However, Mac may argue no crime’s been committed since Michael simply sent Jason to pick up his daughter.
Although Drew will drive Willow to Carly’s residence, he’ll try to convince her not to go inside
Drew will plead with Willow, but she’ll go against his wishes and hope to reason with Michael anyway.
After Willow pushes Michael to see that Amelia and Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) should be with her, he’ll disagree and move forward with his own custody pursuit.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn and Dante will try to comfort Gio now that his entire life has been shattered.
Gio will rip into Dante and Brook Lynn for throwing him away, but Dante never even knew he existed.
Brook Lynn didn’t realize Gio was her son, but she still gave up her baby boy for adoption.
Gio will continue to feel unwanted, so he’ll reject Brook Lynn and Dante’s efforts to somehow make this better for him.
After Gio leaves, Dante will seek more details from Brook Lynn about the baby he never knew she had.
Since Brook Lynn kept quiet for over two decades, Dante will ask if she ever would’ve come clean if she hadn’t been forced to.
Speaking of coming clean, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will confess to Dante as well.
Chase was out of the loop on Gio’s true parentage like Brook Lynn, but he still hid the fact that Dante had another son before Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
While Chase tries to make amends, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will explain her actions to angry Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).
Olivia will consider Lois’ deception selfish and totally unfair to everyone else involved in this whole situation, especially Dante.
Even so, Lois will basically suggest Olivia shouldn’t judge her until she’s walked a mile in her shoes!
General Hospital spoilers say some tense scenes are on the way, so stay tuned.
