It’s always fun to see past stars visit the set of their old soap, and today we got a glimpse of a former ABC actress behind the scenes at General Hospital. Not only did she have a memorable role on the sudser, she was a huge fan favorite on sister soap One Life to Live.

Chris McKenna (Brennan) posted a photo with the lovely Jessica Tuck, who played Cassandra Pierce from 2017 to 2019.

However, crossing paths with the actress went a little deeper than two people having appeared on the same soap — because they worked together long before each landed new roles in Port Charles.

“I can’t tell you what an unexpected joy it was to run into the Jessica today on set,” McKenna stated. “My long-lost big sis from One Life to Live.

Those who watched the much-missed soap will recall that Tuck’s Megan Gordan was McKenna’s character Joey Buchanan’s older half sister — and one half of the supercouple, Jake and Megan.

And while her character was diagnosed with lupus and passed away in Jake Harrison’s arms, Tuck also had daytime roles on Sunset Beach (Diane) and Days of Our Lives (ex-Madeline), plus too many primetime roles to count with over 142 credits.

As for her General Hospital role, Cassandra was a woman from Valentin’s past who planned to unleash a powerful opioid on the streets of Port Charles — and even tried to get Finn hooked.

However, through a string of crimes and kidnappings, in the end, Nina stuck a needle in Cassandra in self-defense and she fell into a coma.

After a couple of men kidnapped her from WSB custody, Anna was used as bait to lure Finn to them in order to wake Cassandra up.

Finn ended up drugging her captors and escaped with Anna, leaving Cassandra behind. She was later kidnapped by a mysterious man — one wearing a Cassadine ring.

So, could Tuck have been back on the set to reprise her villainess role? Or was she simply stopping by her old stomping grounds to say hello? Time will tell!
