General Hospital (GH) recap for , reveals that the WSB was after Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) new technology while Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) had a question about Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) birth – specifically where Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) was when it happened!
While Laura Collins (Genie Francis) visited Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) in his room, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) continued blasting Gio elsewhere at GH.
Dante felt that Gio had been coddled his whole life and never had to be responsible for anything.
Gio eventually took off looking upset while Lois once again defended Gio’s efforts to help Rocco rather than harm him.
Lulu later urged Dante to see that he took things too far, but Dante remained outraged over Rocco’s life-threatening situation.
Dante once again griped about Gio never learning responsibility because Lois and Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) were more protective of him than the other kids back in Bensonhurst.
In a moment alone, Lulu left herself a voice memo reminder to find out where Lois was when Gio was born.
At the beach, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) opened up about how her life changed after losing Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
That led to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) asking if Josslyn could keep a secret, so Joss confirmed she could.
Emma revealed that she was back in Port Charles on a mission involving Professor Dalton since he was conducting shady animal testing at her college in California.
Emma also spilled about the lab break-in that went wrong and the NDA she had to sign when she was kicked out of school.
Now Emma was determined to score the research assistant gig so she could expose whatever Dalton’s twisted plans were and stop him.
Once Josslyn took off, Gio found Emma and gave her updates on the whole Rocco ordeal.
Emma made a prediction that Dante would apologize for lashing out, but Gio figured he just found out what Dante really thought of him.
In Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) office, Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) told him about Josslyn spotting Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) conversation with Professor Dalton.
That left Brennan concerned since he didn’t want Anna discovering their interest in the professor.
Vaughn also informed Brennan that Josslyn followed Professor Dalton, who was carrying a briefcase at GH when he entered a lab that Joss couldn’t access yet.
Brennan was eager for Josslyn to find out what was inside.
Afterward, Josslyn arrived and shared the Professor Dalton story she just learned from Emma.
Brennan revealed that Professor Dalton was working on a new technology with global implications – and they weren’t the only ones interested in it.
Josslyn wondered why they hadn’t arrested Professor Dalton, but Brennan insisted they needed him to finish the technology first since the WSB wanted it.
At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) shared a cover story with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).
There was talk about a possible new apartment for Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) before Ric acted like he wanted peace with Alexis.
Kristina mentioned the car crash and suggested that in the aftermath, she was trying to let go of her anger toward Ric and Ava.
Ava thought it seemed like Ric’s accident was the gift that kept on giving!
After Ava and Ric took off, Molly joined Kristina and Alexis at the house next.
Kristina still wasn’t happy about Alexis having paperwork drawn up to have her committed, but she seemed more willing to accept that it was a mistake.
Alexis, Molly and Kristina all made plans to have breakfast with Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) in the morning, but Molly warned Alexis that true forgiveness would take time.
At the Brown Dog Bar, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) told Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about breaking the news to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) about the baby she gave up for adoption – though she didn’t tell Tracy about Dante being the father.
Chase was relieved that it went well and got Brook Lynn talking about their own family plans.
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) showed up and shared what just went down with Rocco, so Brook Lynn and Chase were glad to know he was going to be OK.
Once Cody headed over to the bar, the bartender confused his card with the one Ava handed over.
Cody noticed the fancy, heavy card as he corrected the mistake, so the bartender commented on them not getting many of those and said they had high limits.
While the bartender walked the card back to Ava and Ric’s table, Lois joined Chase and Brook Lynn nearby.
Once Lois griped about Dante blowing up at Gio, Brook Lynn felt it would blow over and didn’t get why Lois was so upset.
