General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Visits Michael in Germany – Recast Debuts This Week?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers imply the weekly promo just dropped, and it looks like another crazy five days in the land of Port Charles.

With that said, it’s time to take a closer look at what Willow Tait-Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will be up to.

Willow had an intense confrontation with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) during the week of April 14-18, when she decided to move her and her kids into Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) new home.

Tracy Quartemaine (Jane Elliott) caught wind of what Willow was up to, informed Carly, and the blonde was quick to head over to Drew’s to confront Willow.

Carly was outraged at Willow’s actions.

She reminded her daughter-in-law that, as Michael Corinthos (last played by Chad Duell) was unable to speak on behalf of his children – Wiley Corinthos’s (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos’s (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) – then she would step up to the plate.

Carly even *almost* slapped Willow during the heated exchange, but thankfully, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) arrived on the scene and stopped her from crossing that line.

The incident left both Willow and Carly shaken.

Unfortunately, Willow is so delusional and under Drew’s spell that she sees no issue in uprooting her kids, who have dealt with insurmountable change and uncertainty lately, and moving them in with the very man who broke their parents’ relationship.

In addition, Willow stupidly signed a document that gave Drew legal guardianship of her and Michael’s kids should something happen to her, which will likely end up biting her in the butt very soon.

Back to the topic at hand, during the GH preview for the week of April 21-25, it appears that Willow may take a trip to Germany in the days ahead, as she is heard saying in the promo, “There is still one person I need to face … my husband.”

Willow may feel that in order to move forward with her current co-habitation agreement, she needs to tell Michael about this in person.

A clip is shown in the preview as Willow is about to meet with the burn clinic’s administrator.

Despite being Michael’s wife, she may need to meet with the woman to sign paperwork or some sort of waiver.

Still, with all the buzz going around regarding a Michael Corinthos recast, will fans see Willow come face-to-face with her husband?

Will his face be wrapped up, or will fans be pleasantly surprised with the debut of the new Michael recast?

A couple of weeks ago, actor Robert Adamson (ex-Young and the Restless’s Noah Newman), who played Michael Corinthos on a temporary basis here and there, hopped on the social media platform X to air out his grievance over not being allowed to read for the role of Michael.

This let the cat out of the bag that GH was actively looking to recast the role, suggesting that Chad Duell would not step back into the shoes of Michael Corinthos.

While Adamson has since deleted the tweet, as everyone knows, once something is out there on the Internet, it never goes away.

In addition, there was some social media speculation that actor Rory Gibson, who ironically also played Noah Newman on The Young and the Restless, could be the Michael recast, as well.

He follows some GH-related players on social media, including Holly Gagnier (ex-Jennifer Smith and acting coach to multiple GH stars), as well as Katelyn MacMullen.

Plus, some fans have been wondering if Drew Garrett, who played Michael Corinthos from 2009 to 2010, might re-step into the character’s shoes.

After all, the actor was recently on Maurice Benard’s (Sonny Corinthos) State of Mind podcast.

General Hospital spoilers indicate that with Willow heading to Germany, and adamant about having a chat with her estranged husband, there is a very good chance fans could see a new Michael Corinthos recast appear.
