General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) may have made a life-threatening mistake by spilling Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) secret to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Will Sidwell sabotage Sonny’s heart surgery now that Natalia has divulged his next step?

It’s obvious that Sidwell is targeting Sonny, so it’s just a matter of how low he’ll sink.

We certainly wouldn’t be surprised if Sidwell at least tried to wipe Sonny off the map through his upcoming medical procedure.

There’s still a chance that Sidwell was behind the penthouse explosion since the true culprit has never been proven.

If that’s the case, then Sidwell may be looking for another opportunity to strike and try to eliminate Sonny.

Sidwell is someone who has plenty of money and connections to toss around.

We’re talking about the kind of guy who could easily bribe or threaten someone on Sonny’s medical team to sabotage this surgery somehow.

The Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) story showed how easy it was for someone to slip in and stir up trouble.

Cyrus used digitalis to carry out multiple elimination plots, so Sidwell could send someone to carry out a similar Sonny scheme now.

Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean Sonny will face a grim fate.

Cyrus had victims who survived, so sometimes it’s just about raising the stakes for the sake of soapy drama.

It’d be pretty boring if Sonny traveled all the way to Los Angeles for this long-awaited procedure and came through it perfectly fine.

What’s the point of Sonny’s health crisis if it’s just going to be resolved like it’s no big deal?

The fact that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will be in LA to support Sonny could be important.

We may see some genuine fear from Carly as a major Sonny shocker hits hard.

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will get prepped for the OR on April 24 – and then Carly will get updates on his condition in the April 25 episode.

Sonny’s cardiologist will make some predictions about what’s ahead, but things could take a turn for the worse once Sonny’s on the operating table.

If Sidwell uses Natalia’s info to his advantage, he could investigate to find out exactly when the surgery’s happening and try to derail it.

Sonny will presumably survive any attempt on his life, but he could still end up in a coma if GH writers want to cause some chaos.

That could open the door to Sidwell making some bold moves in Sonny’s absence back in Port Charles.

Sidwell could also leak the news of Sonny’s medical ordeal and leave his enemies ready to pounce on his territory.

Bottom line, knowledge is power – and Sidwell just got some thanks to Natalia’s loose lips!

GH fans can expect some twists and turns as Sidwell’s feud with Sonny heats up, so stay tuned.
