General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 21-25, 2025 tease a big day for Sonny and Willow faces the consequences of her actions.
Here’s What Happens Next Week On General Hospital
The most important part of next week happens on Thursday when Sonny (Maurice Benard) prepares for his open heart surgery. It’s been months in the making, and Sonny may finally get his heart problem resolved. With Carly (Laura Wright) joining him in Los Angeles, come Friday, she’ll receive news on her ex-husband’s prognosis.

Back in Port Charles , Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and her spiral of deceit will take center stage, starting Tuesday when she asks Jason (Steve Burton) for help. Jason may already be in a mood after Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) admits she accepted money from Sidwell (Carlo Rota), so there’s no telling what shade of stonecold Willow will be met with. But when Jason and Carly clash mid-week, it may be because he decides to help the woman who betrayed his nephew.
At the same time, Willow will receive a surprising reaction from Drew (Cameron Mathison). What exactly is it Willow is up to? Does she regret signing the papers naming Drew her kids’ guardian? Look for Willow to hit a roadblock by the end of the week.
Odds and Ends
In the romance department, the week will start off with Lucas (Van Hansis) questioning Marco’s (Adrian Anchondo) intentions, but ultimately hearing his new crush out. As for Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper), they’ll make a decision about their relationship now that she’s accepted a job with Sidwell.

Tuesday will see a concerned Trina (Tabyana Ali) confiding in her dad, while Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) reveals his decision on the surgery to Drew. Will he decide to go along with the surgery that could get him back on the field, or turn the congressman down?
