“Peacock’s Mysterious Move: Why Days of Our Lives Was Saved at the Last Minute!”

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that there’s some great news to report since DOOL has been renewed for two more seasons. Peacock has confirmed that the drama will continue in Salem thanks to a two-year pickup, so that’s certainly exciting to hear!

When Days made the jump from NBC to Peacock back in 2022, it left fans a bit wary of the soap’s future.

It was tough to predict how the show would do and how long it would stick around in a new format.

However, all signs point to Peacock being quite pleased with DOOL’s performance since they’ve scored this double renewal.

The Peacock soap will now have a 62nd season and a 63rd season, so there’ll be plenty more storylines to look forward to.

This comes on the heels of Days scoring 13 Daytime Emmy nominations, so it’s been nice to have all this positive buzz surrounding the beloved sudser. Let’s hope that the show has many more awards and renewals ahead!

Of course, there’s plenty of excitement happening in Salem at the moment. Multiple storylines are heating up – including EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) whodunit, Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) baby deception, Kiriakis brother manipulation plots and more.

Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) trial is also going to bring some jaw-dropping scenes along with Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) medical mystery, which will pave the way for a story that asks if Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) could still be alive.

Summer still has some huge shockers in store, but fans can expect some big stuff to play out this autumn as well.

Now that this double season pickup has been locked in, that means the show can keep delivering conflict and curveballs for at least two more years.
