Days of Our Lives’ Stacy Haiduk Reveals Her Exciting New Role and the Shock Coming to Salem
Stacy Haiduk has been doing double duty lately on Days of Our Lives. She’s been appearing as Kristen, who desperately wants EJ to tell her where her mom is.
And she’s also jumped into the shoes of EJ’s mom, Susan Banks, who was worried after her son was shot. It’s all in a day’s work for the actress who previously told her fans to buckle up for one of her projects. Now, she eagerly announced another project she’s working on.
A Powerful Film
Haiduk revealed on Instagram, “This past February, I had the honor to work on a beautiful movie called Merry Christmas Elijah. Directed by Tyler Samsun.
It’s a movie about families working with remarkable children with autism! I was so grateful to work with this talented group of people!

Along with that were several images from behind the scenes of the film, as well as screenshots of social media posts promoting it.
There was also a graphic that lovingly stated, “Autism Awareness Month.” Co-star Paul Telfer (Xander) reacted, “Can’t wait to see this @stacy_haiduk!”
The Fans Can’t Wait
Among the cast members working with Haiduk were Daniel Roebuck (Lost), Kiley Opsal (American Prom, 2024), and John Wells (The Possessed, 2017) who responded, “Was a pleasure meeting and working with you! I think we did something of which we may all feel proud. 🙏.”
According to its IMDb page, Merry Christmas Elijah is about an architect who goes on a road trip with his autistic son at Christmas time. “Their journey of struggle and hope inspires a billionaire developer who has an autistic son of his own,” it explained. Haiduk’s followers can’t wait to see the film, with one exclaiming, “Stacy- You beautiful soul! This post captures the heart & love behind this film.”
