Doug Williams III Busted
For months, Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) kept the secret that he was the one who stole the Horton heirloom necklace from the time capsule. Doug tried to make it right with help from Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis).
However, just when Doug was about to confess, Tate Black (Leo Howard) beat him to the punch. Tate called Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and told her it was Doug who stole the necklace.
Melinda Trask Interrogated
Right before Tate’s phone call, Julie and JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) went out to lunch with Doug. At least, they were planning to eat.
That plan was interrupted when Julie saw her necklace from across the Bistro. Julie instantly recognized it as belonging to her family.
However, Melinda refused to take it off. Melinda also told JJ that she bought it from a private collector, and refused to give a name.
Sami Brady’s Warning
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that while JJ is investigating, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) gave Leo a key to the house. It was a big step and despite Leo’s complicated past, Javi thinks he’s the one.
Things are going so well, which is why it will be now that Leo’s involvement with the stolen necklace will surface.
In fact, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Sami warns Javi about Leo. It seems that Sami will freak out when she learns just how close Leo has gotten to Rafe’s family. Sami might also be taken aback by how nonchalant Rafe is about the whole thing.
Sloan Petersen’s Secret Connection?
Fans know that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) never got justice for Sloan stealing her baby. Instead, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) funded Sloan’s getaway. We know that Sloan is somewhere overseas, but it’s not exactly clear where
With a nice sum of money stashed away thanks to EJ, Sloan could very well be involved in the necklace mess in Salem. Sloan and Melinda were close friends and partners-in-crime as well. So, it’s not too far-fetched to speculate that Sloan could be the “private collector.”
Going a step further, is it possible that Sami and Sloan have a secret connection, one that ties in with Leo as well?
Leo might claim he was just trying to help Doug out, but Javi might not believe that when the truth comes out. In fact, this whole thing could ruin Leo and Javi’s love story, so stay tuned.
