Days of our Lives Spoilers February 5: Can Abe Save Salem?

Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, February 5, finally allow Abe to figure out who’s been stalking the cast and crew of Body & Soul. But it comes at a pretty heavy price.

Before he was a soap opera producer, Abe (James Reynolds) was the mayor of Salem. Before that, he was a cop with the Salem Police Department.

This means that when death—and poisoned cupcakes—came for his cast, Abe had all the tools he needed to figure out who was behind it. Eventually.

Abe finally thinks he knows what’s going on. But that’s because the danger had literally washed up on his doorstep.

Stars and Stripes

Johnny (Carson Boatman) is Body & Soul‘s director. Hattie (Deidre Hall) was an actress, before she was fired. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) just agreed to pause her doctoring to do a little acting.

This means they are all people the Body & Soul stalker would want to punish…for some reason. Now, their lives hang on the line. Will Abe get there in time to help?

Side Characters

Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) is also an actor on Body & Soul. So, presumably, the bad guy/girl/friend wants to get him, too.

But he’s not with Johnny, Hattie, and Kayla. Alex is somewhere with Stephanie (Abigail Klein). So, she’s the one who steps up to save him while Abe is busy with the majority.

Secrets Revealed

And then there’s Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). She’s keeping secrets of her own about Philip (John Paul Lavosier) from Xander (Paul Telfer).

He’s lied to her before. She’s lied to him before. So, really, their marriage is in the same state it usually is.

Or has Sarah, at long last, stumbled over something she’ll never be able to forgive? Considering what they’ve already been through, we have difficulty imagining what that might be.
