Marlena is desperate for news about John, Jada wants answers from EJ, Shawn welcomes JJ back to work, Tate wants to make things right with Holly even as she’s drawn to Doug, and Philip is desperate to keep Xander from learning the truth!
Anxious for word on John, Marlena sits down with Steve at the pub hoping for an update. “Is he safe?’ she asks. “You would know, wouldn’t you?” Given the secrecy surrounding John’s ISA mission, is there anything Steve can say to alleviate her fears?
Jada is also looking for her lost love and is convinced that EJ knows something he’s not telling her. “If you know where Rafe is,” she insists, “you need to tell me.”
Knowing full well that Arnold has stashed Rafe in the tunnels beneath the DiMera mansion, EJ is desperate to get her out of there.
“You can get the hell out of my house,” he spits, pushing her towards the door. Of course, that’s when Arnold emerges from the secret door right in front of a stunned Jada!
Shawn has only just returned to work and now he extends his hand to JJ, who is also doing the same.
“Welcome back to the Salem P.D.,” he smiles, adding, “Partner.” Will the two detectives be able to work together to keep Salem safe?
Despite the fact that Sophia is carrying his baby, Tate refuses to give up on his relationship with Holly. “I am not gonna let this tear us apart,” he promises her.
But recently, Holly has found herself drawn towards bad boy Doug. “I’m not gonna let you get hurt, Holly,” he declares, starting to walk away from her. “Don’t go yet,” she urges him as they lock eyes and sparks fly.
Now that Stephanie overheard the truth about the fake letter from Victor that gave him half of Titan, Philip is desperate to keep anyone else from finding out… particularly his nemesis!
“If Xander finds out I tricked him out of his birthright,” he tells Kate. Sarah finishes: “He won’t rest until Philip’s head is on a spike!” This could get ugly!
