General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, September 22, reveal that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will hide Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) faces a double shock.

There could also be a Quartermaine rule change, so let’s talk about what’s happening in Monday’s action-packed show.

For starters, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will come clean to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about her feelings for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), so her mom will offer up some good advice.

In the meantime, Cody will still have Outback in the Quartermaine stables when Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) pops in.

That could lead to Cody insisting he knows he can’t have a dog in the stables and promising that Outback will be headed home shortly.

However, Brook Lynn will point out that a Q made the rule, so a Q could change it. Perhaps Brook Lynn will see how bummed out Cody is and suggest they could make an exception for him to get another dog.

Of course, Brook Lynn will also have to spread some sad news regarding Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) demise, so Cody will be sorry for the Quartermaine family’s loss.

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), they’ll get updates on Monica’s passing and worry about Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as well as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) during this difficult time.

Since Sonny and Carly don’t lie to each other, they’ll have an honest discussion about tough losses and perhaps acknowledge their own complicated relationships with the Quartermaines.

At GH, Anna will reel now that someone who looks just like Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) has been wheeled in following a car accident.

Until they know exactly what’s going on, Anna will insist they have to keep this completely quiet.

Anna will warn Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) about that on Friday’s show.

They’ll all be wondering if this is really Nathan and how his survival is possible, but they obviously can’t rule anything out since Britt showed back up alive recently, too.

It won’t be long until Anna decides all roads lead to Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), so she’ll do some investigating.

Next, Britt’s going to get a double shock. The first surprise will come when Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) shows up at Britt’s door to make peace for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) sake.

The second curveball will happen due to this whole situation with Nathan. Will Britt be taken aback over Nathan’s survival or does she already know?

Will Britt’s surprise be more about Nathan being injured and discovering that his secret is out?
