Exclusive: Joshua Morrow’s Emotional Reveal – The Miracle Surrounding Son Crew.

Proud Dad Y&R's Joshua Morrow Loves Watching Son Crew on B&B

Supportive Dad

Joshua has been entertaining fans for over 30 years with his role as Nick on Y&R. Now his son Crew is paving his own path as a soap star.

In August 2024, Crew was cast as the new Will Spencer on B&B. A lot of eyes were on Crew as he made his debut, and he immediately won over the audience.

Crew has received much support from his dad in his acting journey. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Joshua expressed his joy at seeing his son onscreen.

“I always swore I’d never watch soap operas, but I watch my son when I’m at work. My TV is always on their feed. I put it on and I watch everything I can. I’ve recorded his show so I can watch him. I couldn’t be prouder of him.”

Although being a soap actor is tough, Joshua says Crew is always learning and working on his craft.

“I think he’s getting better when I watch him. He’s picking up the nuance that it sort of takes to become a soap actor and play someone like Will, which is exactly the person I played when I started.”

The Young and The Restless' Joshua Morrow Gushes Over Son Crew on The Bold and The Beautiful

Crew is about to be involved in a major storyline when Luna (Lisa Yamada) takes advantage of a drunk Will. The fallout will be dramatic, and Crew will show off his skills as Will deals with the consequences.

There’s no doubt Joshua will be watching his son as Will’s storyline plays out, and he’ll be one proud papa.

The Bold and the Beautiful‘s Crew Morrow (Will Spencer) is a chip off the old block. Not only does the young actor have the same chiseled jawline as his dad, The Young and the Restless star Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman), but he’s also proven he can act, too.

Morrow Junior’s dad is understandably very proud of his middle son. Just as fans have watched Crew grow acting-wise over the last year, Joshua has done so, too. Morrow Senior shared with Soap Opera Digest:

I think he’s getting better when I watch him. He’s picking up the nuance that it sort of takes to become a soap actor and play someone like Will, which is exactly the person I played when I started. So really, really, really proud of him. I know the show likes him, and they should.
