Now that Liam’s fake brain tumor storyline is winding down, he’s going to need something else to keep him busy.

Since Liam and Hope have been spending so much time together, there’s a good chance his next story will involve his ex-wife.

That may be why Daphne has returned to Los Angeles with her eye still on the Carter prize.

What if Liam comes along to witness Daphne and Carter crossing the line?

There might be a situation where Liam goes looking for Hope at Forrester Creations and spies Carter in a scandalous situation with Daphne instead.

It’d be interesting to put Liam in that scenario, especially since he was the one who pushed Hope to give Carter another chance.

Liam was counting on Carter to be a good man and take care of Hope for many years to come since he thought he was dying.

However, things are already changing now that Liam knows he’s got plenty of time to stick around and potentially rebuild his relationship with Hope.

It could bring another game-changer if Liam witnesses Carter cheating on Hope with Daphne.

That might make Liam see that he was wrong about Carter being the right guy for Hope.

It could also make Liam wonder if he could treat Hope better – at least now that he’s evolved as a character.

There was a time when Liam was a waffler who repeatedly broke Hope’s heart, but maybe he’s moved beyond that phase of his life.

Regardless, Liam won’t stand for it if he catches Carter betraying Hope with Daphne, so he might be the one to bust them and rat them out.
