General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that three GH firings could be coming up once some hospital staff members land in hot water. Will multiple characters lose their medical jobs after their secrets get exposed?

Since there are at least three people hiding things that could backfire, we should consider the possibility of some dismissals.

Let’s talk about some important hospital employees who could soon find themselves looking for work elsewhere!

1) Portia

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has been dealing with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) blackmail for quite a while now.

It’s probably just a matter of time until this whole situation blows up and Portia’s role in altering Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) lab results gets revealed.

Portia’s part in Drew’s drugging drama could potentially come to light as well.

Although Portia thinks she’s covered her tracks on that, her actions could still come back to bite her.

Portia hasn’t been behaving like a proper co-chief of staff should, so could she get fired or even lose her medical license?

Things may not be looking good for Portia’s career by the end of all this.

2) Willow

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is another character whose position could be at risk at GH. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) talked about looking into who moved Daisy Gilmore (Levi Clark Coughlin) to the wrong bassinet at the hospital.

Between that and Willow’s later Daisy stalking at the Quartermaine mansion, there could be grounds for dismissal.

That’s especially true if Willow’s crisis worsens and she ends up exhibiting even more disturbing behavior across the board.

Willow has no business treating patients when she’s spiraling out of control, so she could lose her job once everything blows up.

3) Stella

In the July 10 episode, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) admitted something that could make her a firing candidate, too.

During a conversation with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), it was revealed that Stella finessed the system to get his insurance reinstated.

Martin was extremely grateful, but Stella insisted on keeping things hush-hush and didn’t want to go into the details of what she did.

Stella pointed out that they could both get in trouble, so she might ultimately get fired over this sneaky move for Martin’s sake.
