General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, July 3, 2025! Fans can expect news of Natalia Ramirez’s (Eva LaRue) death to spread throughout Port Charles.
Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) has an unsettling confrontation with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Willow Tait’s Mistake
It seems that Willow makes yet another huge mistake regarding her children. The nurse has already lost custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Morko Mack).
While she plans to marry Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in a ridiculous attempt to get her kids back, she just can’t stay away from them.
At the pool, Willow is confronted by Michael about Wiley. The nurse looks up and realizes she’s been busted. She is lucky that Michael isn’t calling the cops. Instead, he pleads with Willow not to make this any harder for Wiley.
Natalia Ramirez’s Death Spreads
Over at the hospital, an autopsy will soon be done on Natalia. In the meantime, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) is struggling to wrap his head around this situation.
Marco will need to talk to his sister, Alison “Blaze” Rogers (last played by Jacqueline Grace Lopez). I am hopeful that Natlaia’s death might bring Blaze back to PC.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) announces she has bad news. Since Natalia worked at Deception, BLQ and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) will need to make some kind of press release.
Tracy Quartermaine’s Warning
General Hospital spoilers reveal that while BLQ is sharing bad news, Tracy goes to the pool to talk to Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
The matriarch will tell him that his life is in danger. When he asks by who, I imagine Tracy will claim it’s Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). So, Gio might be put in the middle despite him not wanting anything to do with his family.
