Y&R Spoilers: Summer Scores Sole Harrison Custody, Victor’s Contract Curveball for Kyle?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Summer Newman (last played by Allison Lanier) could score sole Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) custody. Will that be Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) contract curveball for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)?

There’s likely more to the story when it comes to the paperwork Victor rushed Kyle to sign.

If everything were perfectly legit, Victor wouldn’t have basically taunted Kyle into signing on the spot.

Victor obviously didn’t want Kyle taking the contract to his lawyer, so what clause did he bury in there?

Did Kyle unknowingly agree to more than the $5 million payout and promise to leave Genoa City if he caused Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) heartache?

We can’t forget that Kyle and Summer share a child since Victor surely hasn’t forgotten that either.

Summer adores Harrison, so Victor may have taken steps to make sure his granddaughter’s relationship with him is protected.

After all, it wasn’t that long ago that Kyle and Summer were gearing up for a major custody feud.

Summer and Kyle managed to sort things out in the end, but there’s the potential for more drama to erupt.

Y&R fans will recall how concerned Summer was about Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) back when all the custody chaos was playing out.

Now that Audra’s pulling Kyle into her orbit again, Summer surely won’t be happy about it.

Audra is acting on Victor’s orders, but she may take things further than she anticipated during all the Aristotle Dumas party mayhem.

There are some hints about Kyle and Audra both making some moves they’ll end up regretting.

If this leads to Kyle breaking Claire’s heart, he could be forced to do more than pay Victor $5 million and skip town.

Kyle might have to give sole custody of Harrison to Summer depending on what that contract stipulates.

After all, Victor surely wouldn’t send Kyle off to parts unknown with Harrison and leave Summer without her son.

Summer is in Italy on an extended work trip at the moment, but Victor assumes that’s temporary.

Joint custody could get messy with Kyle living elsewhere, so Victor might be ready for that when the time comes.

Kyle may wind up furious if he’s inadvertently surrendered full custody to Summer, who may be inclined to keep it after all the Audra chaos reignites.

This could lead to Summer moving Harrison to Milan now that she’s falling for a hot Italian designer over there.

It would solve the problem that Allison Lanier’s departure created and leave Summer off canvas with Harrison for the foreseeable future.

No matter how it all goes down, Kyle has some bad news ahead thanks to this whole contract situation.
